Horse Back Riding, Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides, and Horse Drawn Wagon
Rides.

Open all year round and offering trail rides through Ausable Chasm's
gorgeous woodland forest, the Equine Center is a family horseback
riding adventure for all ages. The miniature horse rides will have
children bubbling with excitement and give them fond memories for a
lifetime. Adults will appreciate the personalized attention and
gentleness of the staff and horses. All rides are taken out by a
knowledgeable trail guide who leads the way, provides assistance, and
answers questions. Prior to every ride, there is a free orientation
lesson that goes over all of the safety points and basics of
horsemanship. Every effort is taken to help ensure that both horse and
rider are a comfortable fit. All of our horses have been thoroughly
selected, trained, and handled to exacting standards of gentleness;
this enables the Equine Center to provide the most enjoyable riding
experience possible.

In addition to trail riding, the Equine Center at Ausable Chasm will
also offer return trip wagon rides (coming soon) for rafters who visit
the Chasm.

Winter time offerings will include day time and evening sleigh rides.

The Equine Center staff has over 25 years experience training,
teaching, and operating in the equine industry and their horses are of
the highest quality and temperament.
