“We invite all Ticonderoga Area Chamber Members, businesses, and organizations along with their employees, co-workers, and volunteers to attend the October Networking event at Libby’s Bakery Café.  Please join us to reconnect with area businesses and organizations as well as meet new people. Not only is it a perfect opportunity to network but a chance to support another business within the Ticonderoga Area. Networking is the perfect way for the business community to connect and support one another. In addition, it is a chance for businesses to discuss common issues and concerns and provide this information to the Chamber. Libby’s was our 2016 Business of the Year and we are thrilled to continue our close partnership with them. It is our honor to serve, market, and promote them as a TACC Member. They take advantage of the many benefits and truly realize that their support of the Chamber is support of our mission, vision, and all of our efforts to make the Ticonderoga Area an exceptional place to live, work, and visit. They see that it is an investment in the future of the area,” stated TACC Executive Director, Matthew Courtright.

Libby's Bakery Cafe is a small artisanal restaurant.  Breads are baked daily along with many hand-crafted savory and sweet confections.  Libby's takes pride in the creation of their products.  All the meats are roasted, and sliced in house.  Many of the meats also come from local sources.  Where and how our food is prepared are questions never to be ignored! The Cafe has a full espresso bar with house made flavoring syrups, along with regular coffee, decaf, and assorted loose-leaf teas.  All coffee and teas are organic and fair trade from A&E Roastery located in Amherst NH.  The store offers many options for breakfast ideas such as yogurt with homemade granola, egg, meat and cheese sandwiches, egg whites, daily quiches, and toast.

At lunchtime no corners are cut, sandwiches are loaded with meats, cheeses, fresh veggies. They offer sandwich and daily soup specials.  Have some time to spend?  There is free Wi-Fi too!

During the warm months there is cozy bistro seating on the front deck and seats for 34 within.  Service is dine in, take out, and phone orders are accepted.  Libby's is hoping to add green delivery for the immediate area. Libby’s is now serving wine Wednesday through Saturday and Small Plates on Friday and Saturday from 4:00 – 6:00 PM.

Libby's Bakery Cafe is a culmination of a life-long dream for owner Claire.  Tucked into the Adirondack Mountains in the heart of downtown Ticonderoga, NY, Libby's is a hub of fun.  Opening the doors in June of 2013, the goal has always been outstanding food, gracious service, and a warm ambiance.  When customer's walk through the doors they are greeted with the same kind and comforting energy Libby, Claire's Grandmother, would have shown.  The store is run by Claire, Katherine, and her husband Andrew.  Libby's is open all year round.

“Our menu and business continues to evolve and change. We are thrilled to now be offering wine as well as small plate specials. In addition, we are continuing to use locally sourced products including cage-free and humane certified eggs. Stay tuned during the upcoming cold weather months for additional news and changes including a once a monthly special evening and dinner special. We are honored to continue to partner and work closely with the Chamber. This is our third After Business Mixer we are hosting to continue the tradition and to support all of the efforts of the Chamber. We are a proud TACC Member,” shared Katy Rasmus – Owner of Libby’s Bakery Café.

The Chambers “After Business Mixers” provide a networking forum for Chamber Members and area business people in addition to showcasing the site of the host as well as promoting the door prize sponsors. Networking is a key component of Chamber membership and marketing your business. Chamber members, area businesses, and organizations are encouraged to take advantage of this and all networking opportunities.
