The Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership (TMSP) and the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) are pleased to announce the schedule of events for HalloweenFest 2019. The Halloween celebration has grown from a one-day event, to a two-day event in 2015, and in 2016 a multi-day celebration.
