The Crown Point Memorial Day Committee is planning a two-day event to commemorate the 156th Annual Celebration; one of the longest consecutive events in New York State. The Memorial Day Celebration will take place on Sunday, May 26th and Monday, May 27th, 2024 in Crown Point, NY. This annual event is a must do for residents and visitors to the region.
156th Annual Crown Point Memorial Day Celebration – Schedule of Events:
Sunday, May 26th:
12:00 PM: Veteran’s Memorial Park Opens: Rides, Games, Entertainment, Food, and Craft Vendors.
12:00 – 5:00 PM: Penelope the Clown: Music, Balloon Animals, and Face Painting.
1:00 – 4:00 PM: Live Music: Loose Monkeys, Upbeat Melodies.
6:00 – 9:00 PM: Live Music: Grit’ N Whiskey, Modern Country.
Dusk: Grand Fireworks Display Over Veteran’s Memorial Park.
*Presented by Santore’s World Famous Fireworks, LLC.
Monday, May 27th:
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Solemn Cemetery Tour:
*Tour will begin Sacred Heart Church on Main Street. A full schedule for the tour will be announced.
1:00 PM: Veteran’s Memorial Park Opens: Rides, Games, Entertainment, Food, and Craft Vendors.
1:00 – 5:00 PM: Penelope the Clown: Music, Balloon Animals, and Face Painting.
2:00 PM: Grand Memorial Day Parade Along Main Street.
4:00 – 6:00 PM: Live Music: North Country Travelers, Classic Country.

We are honored to coordinate and host the annual celebration in Crown Point, NY as a tribute to these men and women as well as an opportunity to bring community members, area residents, and visitors together each year.
