The Best 4th In The North Committee, a subcommittee of the Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership is pleased to announce the schedule for the 2023 Best 4th In The North Celebration in Ticonderoga, NY. The celebration will take place July 1-4, 2023 with a grand fireworks display, parade, variety of live music, food, vendors, kid’s activities, and much more throughout the multi-day event. The Best 4th In The North attracts many visitors to the Ticonderoga area every year, which supports many local businesses and the local economy as a whole.

All events are open to the public and donations are appreciated to benefit the Fireworks. All events are in Percy Thompson Bicentennial Park in Downtown Ticonderoga unless otherwise stated. All times & information are subject to change.
Please note that the amusement rides will not be available all four days (only July 1st & 2nd, 2023) due circumstances out of the committee’s control. The current vendor notified the committee recently that they are now not available. The committee is working diligently to secure a new amusement rides vendor for the future. To respond to this, the committee has worked quickly to secure additional food trucks, vendors, and kid friendly activities including a kid’s inflatable fun zone, petting zoo, kids show, full face art, touch a truck, and more.
Parade applications as well as updated rules and regulations are available at www.timainstreet.org, www.ticonderogany.com, or at the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce office. Parade applications can be returned to the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce at 94 Montcalm Street, Suite 1, Ticonderoga NY 12883. All participants must pre-register by June 23rd, 2023. There are no day of entries. All businesses, organizations, committees, and community members are encouraged to participate in the parade (must be family friendly and follow all parade guidelines). There is no charge for participation in the parade.
