04 May 20th Annual TACC Fundraiser Dinner & Auction – “A Night At The Races”
The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) 20th Annual Fundraiser Dinner and Auction will be held on Friday, June 10th, 2022 at The Barn at Lord Howe Valley from 5:30 – 10:30 PM. The theme of this year’s event is “A Night At The Races.” The event will include a fantastic menu, silent auction, live auction, music by DJ Cruz, dancing, photographs, and exciting theme aspects. The continued dedication and support of TACC Members and partners supports our services, programs, events, efforts, and initiatives and ensures we are able to continue to provide an array of benefits for TACC Members as well serve, market, and promote our members and the Ticonderoga Area including, Ticonderoga, Crown Point, Hague, Moriah, and Putnam, NY as well as surrounding areas.
To accommodate various levels of support, we are now seeking either monetary contributions, auction items, or a combination. We have the following sponsorship levels available: Chamber Champion at the $1,000 level, Visionary Supporter at the $750.00 level, Pivotal Supporter at the $500.00 level, Distinguished at the $250.00 level, Sustainable at the $125.00 level, and Community Supporter for contributions under $125.00.
All donations are greatly appreciated. Donations can be mailed or dropped off to the Chamber office in downtown Ticonderoga during normal business hours. Arrangements can also be made to have your contributions picked up. All sponsors will receive recognition for their level of contribution/support in a variety of ways as well as through press releases, a full-page ad in Sun Community News after the event, and additional promotion in our chamber communications and social media posts throughout the year. Plan to attend our Annual Fundraiser. Enjoy the evening, take in the beautiful views, browse the silent and live auction items and support all of the efforts of the Chamber. Bodette’s Barbecue Catering will be providing the food and Emeralds II will be running the bar for the evening.
Tickets are $60.00 per person and include appetizers, dinner, dessert, coffee, 2 drink tickets, and gratuity. Cash bar will be available. A physical invitation which includes the menu is available from the Chamber. Advanced RSVP is required. Space is limited.
The Auctioneer for the event will be Bob Dedrick of Ticonderoga. Bob is both a former school teacher and Town of Ticonderoga Supervisor. He currently volunteers for a number of organizations and serves on several local boards. Bob will be joined by two Chamber Representatives who will assist him during the live auction.
