22nd Annual TACC Fundraiser Dinner & Auction: June 14th, 2024

22nd Annual TACC Fundraiser Dinner & Auction – “Into The Wild,” A TACC Safari

The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) 22nd  Annual Fundraiser Dinner and Auction will be held on Friday, June 14th, 2024 at The Barn at Lord Howe Valley from 5:30 – 10:00 PM. The theme of this year’s event is “Into The Wild,” A TACC Safari. The event will include a fantastic menu provided by HB Catering, a cash bar with an array of options by Eddie’s Restaurant, silent auction, live auction, music by DJ Cruz, dancing, photographs by Ashley Rivers Photography, and exciting theme aspects. Early reservations are suggested as space is limited. The main goal is to have this event be our premier fundraiser, supporting the ongoing services, programs, events, efforts, and economic development initiatives of the Chamber. We encourage your sponsorship, support, and attendance for the 2024 Annual Fundraiser as we plan for the future of the Chamber and the Ticonderoga Area,” shared Matthew Courtright – TACC President & CEO.  

The continued dedication and support of TACC Members, Partners, and the community will ensure Chamber services, programs, events, efforts, and initiatives continue and that the Chamber can continue to provide an array of benefits for TACC Members, as well serve, market, and promote the Ticonderoga Area including, Ticonderoga, Crown Point, Hague, Moriah, and Putnam, NY.

To accommodate various levels of support, TACC is currently seeking either monetary contributions, auction items, or a combination. We have the following sponsorship levels available: Chamber Champion at the $1,000 level, Visionary Supporter at the $750.00 level, Pivotal Supporter at the $500.00 level, Distinguished at the $250.00 level, Sustainable at the $125.00 level, and Community Supporter for contributions under $125.00.  

Donations can be mailed or dropped off to the Chamber office in Downtown Ticonderoga during normal business hours. Arrangements can also be made to have your contributions picked up.  All sponsors will receive recognition for their level of contribution in a variety of ways at the event as well as through press releases, a full-page ad in Sun Community News after the event, and additional promotion in our Chamber communications and social media posts throughout the year. Plan to attend our Annual Fundraiser. Enjoy the evening, take in the beautiful views, browse the silent and live auction items, and support all the efforts of the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce.

Tickets are $65.00 per person and include appetizers, dinner, dessert, coffee, water, ice tea, 2 drink tickets, and gratuity. A cash bar (cash only) will be available. A physical invitation which includes the menu and schedule for the evening is available from the Chamber Office. Advanced RSVP is required. Space is limited.

Returning as the Auctioneer for the evening to show his continued support and dedication to the Chamber will be Bob Dedrick of Ticonderoga. Bob is both a former teacher and Town of Ticonderoga Supervisor. He currently volunteers for several organizations and serves on several local boards. Bob will be joined by two Chamber Representatives who will assist him during the live auction.
