24th Annual TACC Fundraiser Dinner & Auction – Blanco at the Barn: A Snowfall Social

24th Annual TACC Fundraiser Dinner & Auction – Blanco at the Barn: A Snowfall Social

The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) is pleased to announce its 24th Annual Fundraiser Dinner & Auction, taking place on Friday, June 12th, 2026 at The Barn at Lord Howe Valley.

This year’s theme, “Blanco at the Barn: A Snowfall Social,” invites guests to step into an elegant evening inspired by winter whites and a fresh, airy ambiance. Attendees are encouraged to embrace the theme with stylish seasonal neutrals and white-inspired attire, creating a cohesive and memorable atmosphere for this signature event.

The evening will feature a delicious menu by HB Catering, a cash bar provided by Eddie’s Restaurant, silent and live auctions, music by DJ Cruz, dancing, photographs by Jayna Andersen Photography, fireworks, and a variety of special themed elements. Tickets are $75 per person and include appetizers, dinner, dessert, and two drink tickets valid for select beverages. Vegetarian and vegan meal requests are welcome and must be made at the time of RSVP. Early reservations are encouraged, as space is limited. A formal invitation with event details and a full menu is available at the TACC office or online at www.ticonderogany.com.

“This annual event continues to be the Chamber’s premier fundraiser and a true reflection of the strength and spirit of our business community,” shared Matthew Courtright, TACC President & CEO. “Each year, the generosity of our members, partners, and supporters allows us to expand our programs, enhance our services, and introduce new and expanded events that bring people together. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to community. Leading with kindness, fostering connection, and creating opportunities that strengthen our region. We invite everyone to join us for what promises to be a beautiful and memorable evening in support of the Ticonderoga Area.”

The continued support of TACC Members, partners, and the community ensures the Chamber can provide valuable programs, services, and initiatives while promoting and supporting the greater Ticonderoga Area, including Ticonderoga, Crown Point, Hague, Moriah, and Putnam, NY.

To support this year’s event, TACC is currently seeking monetary contributions, auction items, or a combination of both. Sponsorship opportunities are available at the following levels:

  • Chamber Champion – $1,000
  • Visionary Supporter – $750
  • Pivotal Supporter – $500
  • Distinguished Supporter – $250
  • Sustainable Supporter – $125

All donations and sponsorships are requested to be received by May 29th, 2026. Contributions may be mailed or dropped off at the Chamber office in Downtown Ticonderoga, or arrangements can be made for pick-up. Sponsors will receive recognition at the event and through Chamber communications.

As a non-profit organization and the Ticonderoga Area Business & Visitor Center, TACC relies on this annual fundraiser to continue offering business support services, community programming, economic development initiatives, and regional promotion. Proceeds from the event directly support these efforts and help strengthen the overall vitality of the community.
