A Must Do Event – Visit Downtown Ticonderoga
The Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership (TMSP) is pleased to announce that they will host the 15th Annual StreetFest in Historic Downtown Ticonderoga on Saturday, July 27th, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The 2024 StreetFest will include shopping, sidewalk sales, non-stop live entertainment, arts and crafts, variety of vendors, food, Farmers Market, and an array of kid’s activities. Admission to the event is free and open to the public. Fees may apply for some activities.
A portion of Montcalm Street from Lake George Avenue to Champlain Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, as it becomes a pedestrian mall.

Music and entertainment for StreetFest will begin at 10:00 AM and will continue non-stop throughout the day until 2:30 PM.
Featured live entertainment will include:
Fort Ticonderoga Fife & Drum Corps from 10:00 – 10:30 AM. The Fife & Drum Corp will march down Montcalm Street performing along the route including a final performance near Glens Falls National Bank.

Kids activities for StreetFest will include caricatures, face painting, scavenger hunt, inflatable bounce house, fire truck exploration, safe child ID cards, variety of kids games, giveaways, and more.
The Ticonderoga Area Farmers Market will also join StreetFest on July 27th and will offer local produce, products, and much more throughout the day.
Merchants, Vendors, and Organizations still have time to sign up for StreetFest. Registration forms are available at the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TMSP Coordinator) office located at 94 Montcalm Street, Suite 1 in Downtown. The final date to register is Thursday, July 18th at 12 Noon. No registrations will be accepted after this date. Forms can also be found at www.timainstreet.org or www.ticonderogany.com.
For vendors arriving, Montcalm Street from Glens Falls National Bank to Sunshine Laundry will be one-way traffic as vendors and merchants set up for the event. Vendors are required to enter by Glens Falls National Bank and check-in with the StreetFest staff (volunteers). Merchants are asked asked to check-in with the StreetFest Team the morning of the event. Vendors and Merchants can’t set up until 8:00 AM and can’t break down until 3:00 PM.
Programs/Maps labeling locations of merchants, vendors, food, music, fresh produce, activities, and more will be available from StreetFest staff/volunteers as well as at the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce INFO Center.
StreetFest Ambassadors will be happy to assist you during the event. The Chamber (INFO Center) Staff will also be available to answers questions. Montcalm Street will be close to traffic between Lake George and Champlain Avenue from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All parked cars must be removed by 6:00 AM, prior to the street closure.
