16 Sep New York State Department of Labor Informational Session Scheduled for October 8th
A New York State Department of Labor Informational Session will take place on Wednesday, October 8th from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the North Country Community College (NCCC), Ticonderoga Campus located at 11 Hawkeye Trail.
Ticonderoga Area businesses are invited to participate in this informational session focused on enhancing business access to no-cost services designed to support the entire business life cycle. Businesses will learn about:
- Recruitment & Retention tools.
- Programs that support employee training needs.
- Human Resource Consultation and tax incentives.
- Programs available that avert layoffs.
- Support for businesses and workers impacted by mass layoffs and closure.
- Important updates and information.

The session is being hosted by the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce and the New York State Department of Labor.
