01 Jul Free Technical Assistance For Grants & Funding – July 13th
On Tuesday, July 13th from 10:30am until 3:30pm, staff from the North Country Chamber of Commerce will be providing free, in-person technical assistance to sole proprietors, independent contractors, micro-businesses, small businesses, qualified nonprofits, and more at the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce’s offices located at 94 Montcalm Street, Suite 1 in Ticonderoga.
The North Country Chamber of Commerce was recently designated by Empire State Development, the state’s economic development agency, to provide technical assistance to the region’s small businesses and assist them with applying for the new New York State COVID-19 Small Business Recovery (SBR) grant program.
On July 13th, Chamber staff will be available at TACC’s office to assist local small businesses in determining their eligibility for, and submitting applications to, the NYS SBR grant program as well as a variety of other state and federal financial assistance programs including but not limited to:
- SBA Shuttered Venue Operator Grant (SVOG)
- SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)
- SBA Targeted and Supplemental EIDL Advance
- New York Forward Loan Fund and more
