20 Jul 28th Annual Ticonderoga Area Car Show – August 8th
The 28th Annual Ticonderoga Area Car Show will be held Sunday, August 8, 2020 in Ticonderoga’s Bicentennial Park from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. There will be a number of awards given out including Fabulous 40, Terrific 25, and Top 10 Tuners. An array of special awards including Best of Show Car, Best of Show Truck, Best of Show Motorcycle, Best of Show Display, Trail Riders Choice, Fans Choice, Best Color Scheme, Favorite Antique, Best Work In Progress, and Most Likely To Get Pulled Over. Awards/plaques have been custom designed for the 2021 Ticonderoga Area Car Show. The show is a judged show. During the Car Show there will be food, vendors, music, t-shirts, kids activities, as well as a 50/50 Raffle, car show raffle, a Piston Toss, a Muffler Wrap, hoola hoop contest, and more.
To enter as a car show participant, there is a $15.00 pre-registration fee for those who enter before August 2, 2021. Those who wish to register the day of the show will be charged a $20.00 registration fee. Judging for the show will begin at 11:00 AM. All vehicles must be on the grounds by 11:00 AM or they will not be judged. Admission for spectators for all car show events is free.
To further expand the Car Show, a 2021 Car Show Raffle is being offered. Tickets are available for a $10.00 donation. The first prize is $2,500 and the second prize is $1,500. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold. The drawing will take place at the 28th Annual Ticonderoga Area Car Show on Sunday, August 8, 2021. You do not need to be present to win. Tickets will be available on August 8th unless they are sold out prior to that date. Tickets are available from Adirondack Trail Riders Volunteers.
There are also a variety of events happening throughout the Ticonderoga Area the weekend of the Car Show. Visitors and community members are encouraged to make a complete weekend and enjoy all the Ticonderoga Area has to offer.
