Friday, May 27th:
Carillon Boat Cruises Opening Day at Fort Ticonderoga: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Enjoy sweeping vistas of Vermont’s Green Mountains and New York’s Adirondack Mountains during a 75-minute narrated boat tour aboard the Carillon. Let our friendly and experienced staff be your guide to Lake Champlain’s centuries of stirring maritime heritage with panoramic vistas around you and a sonar view of shipwrecks below. Embark on this unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages! There is a restroom available. A selection of beer, wine, soft drinks, & snacks available onboard. Hague 19th Annual Memorial Day Celebration: Parade & FunFest: Hague, NY: Sponsored by the Hague Senior Citizens Club and the Town of Hague.
10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM: FunFest at the Hague Town Park – Route 9N
Penelope The Clown, Crafters, Jewelry, Spices, White Elephant, Games For The Whole Family, Bouncy House, Food Concessions by the Hague Fish & Game Club. Food options will include hot dogs, burgers, and soft drinks. An additional food vendor will be offering funnel cakes and fried bread dough. The Hague Fire Department’s Chicken BBQ will take place after the parade.

Fort Ticonderoga Memorial Day Weekend Celebration: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM: Memorial Day Weekend Commemoration: Fort Ticonderoga, 100 Fort Road, Ticonderoga.
Join Fort Ticonderoga to pay tribute to the men and women who lost their lives in service to their country during the American Revolution. During this weekend-long commemoration, discover the story of the American Army in 1777 and how it rebuilt itself at Ticonderoga to defend liberty during living history programs and demonstrations. Join a hive of activity as citizens-turned-soldiers build extensive lines of defenses across the Ticonderoga peninsula and beyond to try to secure this vital stronghold from the British. Throughout the weekend, witness the labor of liberty as soldiers from the Continental Army bring to life this defining story through military drills, historic trades, and fatigue duties such as carpentry.
Enjoy narrated scenic boat tours aboard the Carillon and sail the same shores of Lake Champlain that American soldiers and sailors did in 1777. A full line-up of activities and programs offered throughout the weekend include daily tours in the fort, King’s Garden, and museum exhibition spaces; historic trades programs; ongoing living history programs; thrilling weapons demonstrations; the Mount Defiance experience; and the Carillon Battlefield hiking trail.
