“I am honestly living my dream. Being an entrepreneur takes so much hard work, dedication, and commitment but knowing I am providing quality services, programs, and products for my community, makes it all worth it. I am honored to be part of the continued revitalization of the Ticonderoga Area and Downtown. Although they are no longer here on earth, I am so thankful for my parents love and support. They instilled in me a such a strong worth ethic and love for your community. I am also grateful for the support of my sister, best friend, staff members, the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce, local businesses, and the entire community. I hope to see you on November 8th. We will be sharing information that day on our new daycare as well,” shared Katie Andersen, Owner and Operator of Champ Café and Punky Noodles Children’s Museum.
Champ Café offers a variety of coffee flavors and options, numerous baked goods, bagels, and pre-packaged breakfast items. Champ Café coordinates regularly with other Ticonderoga Area businesses to provide specialty products from local vendors. Each month customers also have a chance to win a basket of coffee and goodies, compliments of Champ Café.
Katie Andersen took a great deal of thought when picking out quality coffee products that are now available at Champ Café. As she did when designing the layout and décor within the café.
Punky Noodles Children’s Museum provides a wide range of fun opportunities to guests of all ages. Their child-focused and fun programs, events, activities, and parties are guaranteed to make you smile. There is something for everyone at their educational interactive children’s museum.
“Mark your calendars and plan to join us on November 8th to celebrate with and support Champ Café and Punky Noodles Children’s Museum at their new Montcalm Street location. The area is continuing to grow and we are excited to be working with new entrepreneurs just like owner and operator Katie Andersen. Come to not only support this business owner and celebrate, but to check out these newly renovated spaces in Downtown Ticonderoga. We are truly thankful for the continued commitment and dedication of those making the area an exceptional place to live, work and visit,” stated Matthew Courtright – TACC President & CEO.
