Five Nations Golf To Host September Networking & Welcome To The Community Event

Five Nations Golf will host the September Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce After Business Mixer and Networking Event on Thursday, September 19th, 2019 from 5:30 – 7:00 PM. This event will also be a “Welcome To The Community” for new community members within the Ticonderoga Area. Five Nations Golf is located at 671 NYS Route 9N in Ticonderoga, NY.  Sponsors providing door prizes are Bridge Point Communication, Champlain Area Trails, Lake George Lettering, The Country Florist & Gifts, and the Wagon Wheel Restaurant.

The Chamber’s “After Business Mixers” provide a networking forum for Chamber Members and area business people in addition to showcasing the site of the host as well as promoting the door prize sponsors. Networking is a key component of Chamber membership and marketing your business. Chamber members, area businesses, and organizations are encouraged to take advantage of this and all networking opportunities. Join the Chamber to reconnect with area businesses and organizations, meet new people, and take advantage of the opportunity to hear from the hosts. In addition, use this opportunity to share information with the Chamber and get to know all of our local businesses and organizations.

In coordination with the networking event the Chamber will host their first “Welcome To The Community” event to help welcome people who are new to the community, share services available via the Chamber and connect them with local businesses, while educating them on all that the region has to offer. The Chamber will host a “Welcome To The Community” event annually in coordination with a networking event.

“We are sending invitations to Chamber Members to share, but all are welcome. Perhaps you know a new teacher at your local school, a new physician at the hospital, an engineer at International Paper Company, or a new small business owner. It could even be a new neighbor on your street or at your place of worship. Everyone can benefit from the information the Chamber has to offer as well as getting to know their community and other community members. Please introduce yourself when you check in. A Chamber representative will show you around and introduce you to others in attendance” stated Jodi Gibbs – TACC Ambassador Chairperson/UVHN Elizabethtown Community Hospital Ticonderoga Campus Representative.
