16 Nov McDonalds of Ticonderoga Grand Reopening & Ribbon Cutting Celebration
McDonalds Restaurant of Ticonderoga is undergoing a complete state-of-the-art renovation both inside and outside the restaurant, which is locally Owned and Operated by Scott Hearburg. A Grand Reopening and Ribbon Cutting event will take place on Monday, December 3rd at 4:00 PM to kick off their week-long celebration taking place December 3rd through December 9th.
The event on Monday, December 3rd is being arranged in coordination with the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce. Senator Betty Little and other local/regionally officials will be in attendance. McDonalds of Ticonderoga will also be providing monetary donations to a number of local non-profit organizations which will be announced as part of the event. The Ticonderoga Fire Department will also be participating in the celebration on December 3rd. Following the ribbon cutting refreshments will be available and McMusic (live music) will be provided by Jim Hock & Gary Knight.

In addition, McDonalds of Ticonderoga will be offering Daily Deals and Specials both inside and at the drive thru December 3rd – 9th, 2018. FREE coffee will also be available to all customers that visit the inside of the restaurant December 3rd through December 13th, 2018.

New at McDonalds in addition to the renovations will be a number of new experiences. “Experience the Future,” will be launching in coordination with the remodel including kiosk ordering (counter service and ordering will still be available), table service including a number of new initiative and personal interaction with customers, enhanced and modern digital drive thru menu board, and more. Employee training has already started by coordinating with other locations and will continue through the renovations to create the best experience possible for current and future customers. In addition, quality customer service will continue play an important role.
