The Badichi Group is proud to announce the successful completion of major renovations at 4325 Main Street in Port Henry, NY. This mixed-use development will offer five brand new apartments, two modern commercial spaces, and a convenient laundry facility for residents, adding vibrancy and new opportunities to the community. To commemorate this milestone, an Investment & Ribbon Cutting Celebration in coordination with the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC), National Grid, Town of Moriah, and the Moriah Chamber of Commerce will be held on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 at 4325 Main Street, Port Henry, NY.

An Open House will take place from 3:00 – 4:30 PM where community members will be able to tour the newly renovated property and experience the transition firsthand. Following the Open House at 4:30 PM, the official Investment & Ribbon Cutting Celebration will take place, which will include several speakers and light refreshments to follow.

The Badichi Group, a forward-thinking real estate development company, has been deeply committed to revitalizing Moriah, NY, through strategic investments that enhance both residential and commercial landscapes. Founder and CEO, Yaron Badichi, has worked closely with local partners, including with the TACC, National Grid, and the Town of Moriah to ensure that this project not only meets high standards of quality but also contributes to the town’s economic growth.

“Completing the 4325 Main Street project has been an incredibly rewarding journey. It required creativity, dedication, and strong collaboration to bring this vision to life. We are excited to provide high-quality living spaces and business opportunities in the heart of Port Henry. I invite community members, local businesses, and organizations to join us in celebrating this milestone. Investing in this community has been a privilege, and we look forward to future opportunities in the Adirondacks,” said Yaron Badichi, Founder of The Badichi Group.

The 4325 Main Street project in Moriah, NY was awarded a National Grid Main Street/Commercial District Revitalization Grant as part of their Community and Economic Development Program. The program is designed to assist communities in realizing their goals and promote “smart growth” investment in central business districts and commercial corridors in Upstate New York.

“This project in Port Henry is an example of how to revitalize rural downtowns by using older structures for new, mixed-use facilities,” said National Grid Regional Executive Kimberly Ireland. “For the past two decades National Grid has been partnering with local businesses and developers to provide more than $154 million in assistance, helping to create or retain more than 67,000 jobs and supporting $11.7 billion in private and public investment across New York State. It is a wonderful opportunity to bring some of that support here to the Adirondacks.”
