The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) is pleased to announce their schedule for the 2025 National Small Business Week Celebration that will take place May 4th to May 10th, 2025. The Chamber will host several programs aimed at supporting TACC Members and small businesses. In addition, the Chamber is encouraging community members to Think Local throughout the week.

2025 National Small Business Week Schedule:

Monday, May 5th:

Digital Marketing & Empowerment Mini Conference

1:00 – 4:30 PM: NCCC – Ticonderoga Campus. $40.00 per person.

Pre-registration required.

1:00 – 2:30 PM: Social Media Fundamentals of Today & Platforms of Tomorrow

Understanding and mastering social media fundamentals of today is a key component for any businesses digital marketing efforts. This workshop focused on the social media side of digital empowerment will provide an overview of platforms, fundamentals of utilizing and maximizing each platform, trends, tricks and tips, as well as a look into the social media technology and platforms of tomorrow. This glimpse into your possible next digital marketing step may help you create your future empowerment and marketing plans.

3:00 – 4:30 PM: Digital Empowerment Essentials & The Future of Digital Marketing

Digital empowerment essentials including ensuring you have an effective website, utilizing search engine optimization, optimizing Google for your business, tracking and understanding your digital analytics, how to utilize this information to guide and empower your digital marketing strategy and efforts, as well as the future of digital marketing, are just a few of the topics that will be covered in this robust and interactive digital empowerment workshop.

National Small Business Week Virtual Summit

Hosted Virtually by the SBA on May 6th & 7th

Attend this free Virtual Summit. Registration Required.

Wednesday, May 7th:

Health Insurance Services Open House

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: TACC Office

Sponsored by the North Country Chamber of Commerce

TACC Members & Not-Yet Members (businesses, organizations, & individuals) are invited to learn about Health Insurance Services available through TACC via a partnership with the North Country Chamber of Commerce including health, vision, dental, and AFLAC. Complimentary refreshments and giveaways.

Thursday, May 8th:

Maximize Your Member Benefits Open House

1:00 – 3:30 PM: TACC Office

Utilize this opportunity to meet with TACC to ensure you are maximizing your Member Benefits, your enhanced business listing is updated, your contact INFO is accurate, and you are aware of upcoming events, programs, & services. Complimentary refreshments will be served.

Coffee & Conversations: Networking Event

8:00 – 10:00 AM: TACC Office. Free For TACC Members.

Join TACC and the Adirondack Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) for a morning networking opportunity! Start your day with a delicious cup of coffee and a breakfast treat. Network with one another, TACC, and AEDC. This is an informal opportunity to reconnect, meet new people, and enjoy a conversation with fellow Chamber Members, business owners, as well as business and organization representatives.  Stop in the TACC Office anytime between 8:00 – 10:00 AM.
