The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) is pleased to announce its schedule for the 2026 National Small Business Week Celebration, taking place May 4th through May 10th, 2026. Throughout the week, TACC will host a series of programs, events, and outreach initiatives designed to support, connect, and empower local businesses and organizations. Monday, May 4th:
ROOST & TACC Outreach Day | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Representatives from the Regional Office of Sustainable Tourism (ROOST) and the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce will be visiting area businesses to share important information on available programs, services, marketing initiatives, and promotional opportunities, including the new Adirondacks, USA Market (online marketplace). Tuesday, May 5th:
Maximize Your Member Benefits Open House
1:30 – 3:30 PM | TACC Office
Take advantage of this opportunity to meet with TACC and ensure you are maximizing your Member Benefits. Staff will assist Members with updating your enhanced business listing, verifying contact information, and sharing details on upcoming events, programs, and services.

Health Insurance Services Open House
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: TACC Office
Sponsored by the North Country Chamber of Commerce
TACC Members & Not-Yet Members (businesses, organizations, & individuals) are invited to learn about Health Insurance Services available through TACC via a partnership with the North Country Chamber of Commerce including health, vision, dental, and AFLAC. Complimentary refreshments and giveaways will be available.
Thursday, May 7th:
Essex County Career & Employment Expo
9:00 AM – 3:30 PM: Essex County Fairgrounds
Open to all local schools, this dynamic event connects students, job seekers, and community members with local employers and workforce resources. The Expo emphasizes hands-on career exploration, interactive experiences, and meaningful engagement between participants and professionals. Coffee & Conversations: Networking Event
8:30 – 10:00 AM | TACC Office
Join TACC for a morning networking opportunity. Start your day with a complimentary cup of coffee and a treat while connecting with fellow Chamber Members, business owners, and community representatives. This informal gathering provides a chance to reconnect, meet new people, and strengthen professional relationships. Stop in anytime between 8:30 – 10:00 AM.
