10 Feb Ticonderoga End of Winter Carnival & Fireworks 2022
The Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership (TMSP) and the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) in coordination with a number of local organizations and businesses are pleased to announce they will host the 8th Annual Ticonderoga End of Winter Carnival & Fireworks the weekend of March 4th to the 6th, 2022. This family friendly event will include numerous events, outdoor activities, winter on your own activities, and fireworks display. Business promotions and specials will also be offered throughout the weekend. Please note all information is subject to change and NYS guidelines.

Thursday March 3rd & Friday, March 4th:
Goody Bag Giveaway: Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce
Stop by the TACC Office from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM to get your FREE Ticonderoga End of Winter Carnival Goody Bag including carnival snacks, activities, & more. Limited Supply. One per child.
Friday, March 4th:
Punky Kid’s Zoo Day: Punky Noodles
You are invited to attend Zoo Day from 4:00 – 7:00 PM. It will resemble a science fair set up, except it will be a zoo presentation and the participating children are the zookeeper of their chosen animal. $5.00 donation per person.
Family Movie Night: Best Western Plus Ticonderoga
Enjoy a family movie. Movie will begin at 5:00 PM. Doors will open at 4:30 PM. Refreshments and a special menu will be available. Pre-registration required by contacting the Best Western Plus directly. Movie will be announced.
Saturday, March 5th:
On Your Own Winter Activities: Recreation Areas
Sliding in Bicentennial Park, Ice Skating at the Town of Ticonderoga Rink, Snowshoeing/Cross Country Skiing at Ticonderoga Recreational Areas and Rogers Rock Campground & Snowmobiling in the Ticonderoga Area. Check out winter hiking options via Champlain Area Trails and Lake George Land Conservancy. Weather permitting. Adult supervision required.
10:30 AM: Facebook Live Family Fun Performance
Ron The Rockin Pirate will delight young audiences with entertaining songs and stories.

1:00 – 3:00 PM: Activities, Music & More – Bicentennial Park & Recreational Areas
Winter Games, Snow Obstacle Course, Carnival Games, Music, Sledding, Snowmobile Rides, & More!
Popcorn & Hot Chocolate will be available. Limited amount of sleds to borrow. Snowmobile Rides available at the Little League Park.
7:30 PM: Campfire & S’mores: Fishing Pier In Percy Thompson Bicentennial Park
Warm up by the fire and enjoy a complimentary S’more prior or during the fireworks.
8:00 PM: Fireworks Display: Percy Thompson Bicentennial Park
Bicentennial Park and surrounding areas will be open for participants to view the fireworks. No vehicles are permitted in Bicentennial Park. You may park your vehicle where it is safe and legal to view the show.
